Refund policy

Cancel a preorder before dispatch

You pay when you place your preorder. You can cancel before your order is dispatched for a full refund. Email basma@khalafolives.com with your order number to cancel.

Refunds after delivery

You can request a refund within 30 days after receiving your order. You do not need to return the oil.

Email basma@khalafolives.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Damaged, leaking or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, you can choose a replacement or a refund. No return is required.

Please email basma@khalafolives.com with your order number, your preferred solution and photographs of the parcel and affected items if available. Contact us within 30 days after delivery so we can help.

How refunds work

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We will confirm the status of your refund by email. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights. Any longer cancellation or refund rights, or legal deadlines that apply to your order, remain in effect.
